1 year warranty

All our complete marble and timber electric fireplaces and inset electric Pryzm fires come with a 1 year warranty covering manufacturing defects. There is no need to register these products as your 1 year warranty comes as standard upon purchase. However you are more than welcome to register your product. Please ensure you keep proof of purchase.

3 year warranty

All our ARTEON electric fire comes with a 1 Year warranty as standard, providing you with reassurance and peace of mind. This covers parts and labour. 2 years extended warranty is obtained by registering your product free, via the below form within 28 days of purchase. After registration you will receive cover for parts only in year 2 & 3. Please note registration is not required for the standard 1 year warranty.
